Our small organization's challenge was to implement a dramatic cultural and work process change in a short period of time- three months. We adopted Google Apps, Gmail, ZohoCRM, ZohoMeetings, Voip phones and a new ERP tool as part of our update. Suite Apps helped us for about 6 weeks with training and support. Twice and sometimes three times a week we met for 45 minutes for training in a large room with Brett on the line and a live webinar on the screen. He understood where we were headed and what we needed to start learning and using the new tools. Suite Apps became a true partner in the transition.
